Lovely male dog...

This dog was found in the Monchique area last week.

He arrived with very sore paws and the people who found him thought he had been walking for a long time to get like that. Now it seems his feet were burned, so they believe he was running through the fire that happened there last week near Arqueta.
They have placed flyers all over the area, have been to the GNR and also taken him to the vet. He has been deflead and de-ticked and is on antibiotics and cream for his paws.

He is now beginning to walk a bit better. He is medium size, and white and beige. He likes other dogs and seems to be fine with children. He is calm and friendly.

If you know his owner or would like to take him on, please e-mail Peter and Gaby on: quima@sapo.pt This is quite urgent as they cannot keep him and will have to travel away soon.
