Luna is a very beautiful and gentle dog that needs a new home urgently! We have a week.

She has wondered up to an english couples house, they have managed to look after her for the last two years but unfortunatley have to leave the country.

She is very obidient, walks fantastically without a leash and sits on command.

Jake is a young male dog - He was last seen in the area of Messines with his new owner.

Unfortunately, jake does not know the area very well yet and took himself for a walk, he has not come back. His owner is very sad!

Please keep an eye out for Jake. He is castrated, microchipped and wearing a collar.
He is friendly.

His owner is offering a €100 reward for his safe return!

Lucky is a 9 month old castrated male. He was found in a rubbish bin when he was 10 days old with his brothers and sisters. Lucky is the last one left of the litter.

Anita is a small sized 8 month old female podengo type dog.

She is a very gentle little girl but also very scared of people at the moment. She really needs a little love and care and time to get used to the world outside the doors of the Quintinha.

Anita is a healthy dog, although one of her eyes is slightly smaller than the other - it has been this way since birth!

Checkers and Pinky

Checkers and Pinky are a very sweet mother and Sister duo!

Aged 8 and 6 these two lovely dogs have been spayed, de flead and de wormed. They are also due to visit the vets for an all over check.

Unfortunately, after a long and happy life with thier owner, they were sadly discarded when he dissapeared back to England leaving these two girls without a home and someone to love them!

Basil Brush - RE HOMED!

Basil is a medium sized brown dog with white markings. He has beautiful blue eyes and is missing a small peice from his tongue.
He was found wandering the streets almost a year ago and has been in foster care ever since. He is now looking for a permanent home that he can call his own.
The foster parents will take on another foster dog if they re home this dog.

This is the handsome Dougel.

He was taken out of the shelter in Goldra this weekend by kind foster parents. After a scared first day, he soon came round and gets on very well with people and dogs.
Dougel is roughly 8months old and has been booked into be castrated.

He has been checked over by a vet and has been givn a clean bill of health.

Hetty is a lovely 4 year old female who has spent most of her life at Goldra animal centre.

She is currently in a foster home and loving home life.

She loves to play, is house trained, spayed and vaccinated.

She now sits, eats nicely from her bowl and gets on well with other dogs male/female.

Hetty is very affectionate to those that she knows and barks at strangers (good guard dog)
