BLACK MALE RE HOMED!!

We are still looking for a home for the remaining puppy - male, 6 weeks, brown, very sweet.

UPDATE - 28.02.2010 - The kind foster parent of the last brown puppy has now decided to keep him. He is now named scooter and lives a very happy life near the beach!!

Black Beauty the labrador Cross was living by the Ria Formosa National Park where many winter tourists spend several weeks in thier camper vans enjoying the algarve sunshine.

She was being fed by many kind people, stroked and loved for her wonderful and gentle temperament. When they returned home, she was left once again to fend for herself.

She has since given birth to 7 healthy puppies, who are now four weeks old and looking for new homes to live happy lives.

URGENT - MOLLY

Molly is a beautiful dog who is fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. She is very docile and non destructive, however - she loves to run!

Molly needs a big fenced garden or regular exercise.

Molly needs a new home by the end of February as her owners have to return to the UK.

"Calling all Rottweiler lovers''

Sasha is 7 years old and her owners moved to Dubai this week. They could not take her with them and are very upset..............
Sasha is now living in an apartment with a friend and she needs a proper home.
She likes cats, other dogs and loves children. She has hip dysplasia and cannot walk for long or far but still needs more space than an apartment can offer.
She will have a lot of her expenses covered (such as medication for dysplasia) by the owner that has gone to Dubai. She is sterilised and fully vaccinated.
Due to the law for dangerous dogs, she has to be insured which again the owner will cover.

She will come with all her things, including a muzzle. She doesn´t like to wear the muzzle because it stops her from giving kisses but it is the law!
She is a very nice dog and will dettle in very well into a new home.

Sammy the Super Pup - RE HOMED!!

Sammy is a sturdy chap, roughly three months old, cross between a husky and German Shepard.

He has a wonderful temperament and gets on very well with dogs and cats. Already housetrained.

1st vaccination due.

BOBBI - URGENT - LOST DOG!!

Bobbi is a beautiful - 2year old approx female dog - she has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
Her owner in Quateria sorely misses her and is longing for her to come home.
Bobbi was last seen on the beach in Quateria. A family took an interest in her and sadly we think that she has been stolen as none of them have been seen since.

Happy New Year from SOS ALGARVE ANIMALS.

I hope that everyone had a lovely Christmas and I would just like to take this chance on behalf of all of the animals that were re homed in 2009 to say thank you! We have done very well!
